With it being Drowning Prevention Week, our amazing adult swimmers took their skills to the next level. Not only did they focus on essential self-rescue and water safety techniques, but they also got a hands-on Rookie Lifeguard taster session! 🛟✨

From mastering the survival float to learning how to safely assist others in trouble, these incredible individuals proved that building confidence around water is a lifelong journey.

To the ones who teach us how to stand tall... 🤍

Happy Father’s Day to the men who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders so we don’t have to. Today, we honor the quiet sacrifices, the unconditional support, and the deep love that doesn't always need words to be felt.

We celebrate the anchors who provide a safe harbor whenever life gets stormy, and the builders who spend a lifetime helping us construct our dreams. We honour the bonus dads and mentors who stepped in with open arms and chose to love us as their own, the grandfathers whose gentle wisdom bridges generations, and the single fathers playing every single role to ensure their kids never feel a void.

A gentle note today: We are also holding space for those missing their fathers, those who never had the chance to meet them, and the dads holding memories of children gone too soon. Your hearts are close to ours today.

Calling all Bexley childminders! Our popular Childminder Soft Play sessions are back next week at Erith Leisure Centre! 🧸🎈

It’s the perfect place for the little ones in your care to socialize, play, and burn off some energy in our vibrant soft play zone.

📅 When: Every Tuesday & Thursday morning
⏰ Time: 09:00 - 13:00
💰 Price: Only £2.00 per child!

⚠️ Important Entry Requirements:
Bexley Childminders Only:

⭐️ To attend these sessions, you must be a registered childminder within the London Borough of Bexley.

⭐️ Capacity Limit: We have a strict maximum capacity of 40 children per session.

⭐️ First-Come, First-Served: Bookings are not required, but please arrive early to secure your spot. Once maximum capacity has been reached, we will not be able to permit any additional entry until a space becomes available.
