ATF Fitness is launching its FREE 28-Day Beginner to Fitness Programme, starting 2nd March - designed to help complete beginners build confidence, improve fitness, and learn how to train properly with structure and coaching.

This isn’t about extreme workouts or intimidating gym environments.

It’s a supportive, step-by-step programme built to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in just 28 days.

What you’ll get:
• Fully coached training sessions each week
• A clear 28-day structure to build consistency and routine
• Coaching support and accountability throughout
• Guidance on movement, technique, and training basics
• A smooth pathway into ongoing training if you choose to continue.
