A little and another food related post! When it comes to eating out, a couple of years ago I NEVER used to moderate my food around going out and always would have so much alcohol when it would come to the weekend.

So what can you do to still enjoy time out and still stay on track for summer? Eat slightly less carbs and fat during the day, maybe the day after too to allow for the extra you'll be having in that meal. You don't have to count calories to understand that much. It really is as simple as that!

8 minutes of active recovery started a little something like this.... But time working before jogging got shorter and shorter but just had to keep moving.

3 times we done maximal effort for 20 seconds on the Watt bike and waited for our heart rates to drop back into a specific zone before we jumped off into our recovery.

Give a lot to get a lot. Even when your tired that's when it matters the most.

Myself & got put through a very demanding conditioning day today by and I'll be posting more stuff up throughout the week.

Key thing I took away from today apart from apart from muscle soreness was the variation you can have with conditioning. It can be simple as f**k but it has to fit your overall purpose of including within the session.

Everyone does it, many use different intensities and for different reasons.

This can vary from Low intensity like walking uphill on a treadmill to High intensity in a circuit form.

I prefer LISS (light intensity) so I can save more energy for my sessions and get my step count up!

A resounding NO!!!

The only thing that will make you fat is over consuming on calories!!

Calories factored with activity levels determine how much weight we either gain or lose!

12 DAYS!!!

We are 12 days!!!!.... 12 days away from the big day itself, but what have you done to prepare for Christmas?

Have you got your presents? πŸŽπŸŽ€

Have you got your cards? πŸ“

Have you made small adjustments to lead up to then and boxing day? πŸ€”πŸ₯πŸ₯“πŸ₯¦

All 3 of those things can be viewed as important as each other... to an extent.

A lot of peoples goals around Christmas can be just to either maintain weight or not put anything extra on, this can be heavily avoided by slightly reducing your caloric intake even from now until then.
