Clare Bridges - Bollyfit Teacher

Clare started dance lessons at the tender age of Two. Styles included Tap, Ballet and Modern. After ten years of technical training Clare decided to expand her range of styles and enrolled into Pineapple Performing Arts School. Where she learnt styles ranging from hip hop and locking to LA Jazz.
At the age of 21 she became a member of a British/Asian Girl-band and was in India for three months training in Bharatnatym (Indian classical dance) also working with top choreographers in both India and the UK on material for their live shows.
After the band, she went on to perform and choreograph in Bollywood Films and music videos across the Globe and now incorporates the many different styles she has learnt through her training and professional career in her choreography.

Clare loves teaching Bollyfit! What with the energy and great beats of the Bhangra music every Tuesday Bollyfit is just so much fun!

Bollyfit is a Bollywood dance based workout for adults, designed to increase your heart rate and get you pumped! It is a low impact, high energy, fun aerobics dance class!

Bollyfit is an easy and sociable way to keep fit, stay healthy and is suitable for all abilities.

You don’t have to be a great dancer, just come and have FUN!
