Back by popular demand we are hosting another private bungee & aerial silks class at HQ on Saturday 26th September!!

This will be a private bungee class followed by their brand new aerial silks class at ((BOUNCE)) HQ.

Then with the option of joining us at miller & carter for a catch up social lunch.

Spaces are limited so please let us know asap if you wish to attend.

It’s a brilliant day to experience HQ if you have never been plus these alternative class types are so much fun.

The summer holidays can be intense so taking that time to allow your mind to be free & to just ((BOUNCE)) to the music is like therapy. After all looking after your mental health is equally as important as moving your body physically ❤️

Every decision we make is with one goal: to make the class the very best it can be for you. As costs for us have risen and we continue to invest in our equipment, music, instructors and your experience, there will be a small price adjustment from today.

Single class pass will be £7.95.
We’re still committed to keeping the prices as low as we can, and through our bulk buy options we’ve been able to do just that. The good news: our Class Pass is still the best value for money if you come regularly, and it’s the way most of our community choose to book.
🟡 6 class pass for £45 (£7.50) - 30 days
🟡 20 class pass for £135 (£6.75 a class) - 365 days
🟡 £85 Monthly Multi-Site membership
