You cannot, I repeat CANNOT simply FIX your hormones if you're ignoring how you fuel and treat your body! ❌

I've seen some dodgy influencers sell this misleading BS so please don't fall for the 'fix your hormones first' rubbish.

You don't just 'fix' your hormones. That's like expecting your car to run properly when you never put fuel in it. It's not about fixing the car, it's about fuelling it properly.

Your hormones are a reflection of your lifestyle choices.

Your lack of energy, brain fog, poor performance, low s*x drive, the painful or irregular periods you experience are often a direct result of your food choices, activity levels, stressors, sleep, hydration, recovery and more!

Thought I’d share an informative post about what Online Coaching actually is. There’s sooo much more I could say πŸ˜† but this is hopefully enough to give you a good initial glimpse into what we do ☺️

Online Coaching is a holistic approach to your health and wellness journey. It's not just about picking the right workout and expecting results. It's about nutrition and lifestyle choices aligning, everything coming together to paint the overall healthier picture of you β˜€οΈ

My job is to guide you through everything that impacts your results: training, nutrition, sleep, stress, routines, habits, hormones, energy, mindset… all the stuff outside of the gym that can get neglected.

Now if you're local to Windsor you’ve already got your training covered with our group classes at .it.studios πŸ˜‰πŸ”₯

Use it! Trust me when I say you’re spoiled with incredible programming and motivating coaches who push you - all you have to do is show up!

However you don't need to be local to join our community! You can join Be-It Online from anywhere in the world! You can even follow the Be-It programme from any other gym! (yes... even if you're on holiday suffering with class FOMO πŸ˜‚). Alternatively we can write you a fully personalised programme specifically catered for the gym/ equipment you have access to πŸ’ͺ🏼

So whether you're in the Hawkesbury or on the other side of the world, you get the same training support and guidance as our in-person community.

This is what can be achieved when you commit to and trust the process πŸ‘πŸΌ

It's not about being perfect, it's about consistency! Choosing to make the effort, even when life throws a curveball.

It's about being willing to keep going when motivation dips.

It's about learning to adapt instead of waiting for the 'right time'.

It's easy to show up when life is good, but it's showing up on the messy weeks that get you the real results.

These women are incredible examples of this! πŸ‘πŸΌ

They showed up, trusted the process and most importantly aimed for consistency over trying to be perfect!

Together we achieved some fantastic results and I'm beyond proud of each of their hard work 🩷

Meet Bec! We started working together almost a year ago and watching her progress has been such a pleasure 😍

When we started working together, she’d already healed so much of her relationship with food after struggling with eating disorders as a teen. She had regained weight, but didn’t yet know how to eat to build the strong, toned body she wanted.

She wanted to:
πŸ‘‰πŸΌFeel stronger
πŸ‘‰πŸΌBuild a physique she was proud of
πŸ‘‰πŸΌEat consistent nutritious meals
πŸ‘‰πŸΌReduce her tendency to binge

And she’s done ALL of these things and more! βœ…

We began with a diet phase (middle photo) and chose to track early on, and honestly it was the best thing we did. Note: A lot of people assume tracking is automatically bad for anyone with an eating disorder history ❌ but that’s simply not true! Context, readiness and support matter. For Bec, tracking removed fear around food and gave her real confidence and knowledge to thrive for the first time.

She learnt what foods worked for her, how meals made her feel, and how to balance her macros. Her meals became solid with high protein, good carbs and healthy fats. And guess what.... her snacking dropped massively and she began to see AND feel changes!

After dropping a few kgs for her first photoshoot, we moved her into maintenance which meant more food, better training and even more body recomposition. Even with minimal scale weight changes (63kg to 62.5kg) her physique kept improving (this is your reminder ladies it's not all about the scales - look at the photos and Bec's muscle growth hereπŸ”₯)

Because she took the time to go through a controlled diet and tracking phase, she now has the knowledge and understanding to truly eat intuitively and her food diary is honestly one of the best I’ve seen from a client πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Now despite a recent injury and setback, Bec is still about to take part in her second Be-It photoshoot but this time without dieting or even tracking because she's already put in the work and is now cruising and enjoying life happily at maintenance πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸΌ

I’m so proud of you Bec! Not just for the physical changes, but for how confident, healthy and at peace you now are with your body and nutrition πŸ’•
