Halifax Hockey Heroes count down is on!!!!

1st of May we are running another 8 blocks of hockey fun for the little ones.

Everyone is welcome at Hockey Heroes! It is an 8 week fun, introductory course for 4-8 year olds that will get children active and give them lots of chances to achieve and feel successful, boosting their confidence and leaving them with an enthusiasm for sport and exercise.

Hockey Heroes is perfect for those who’ve never picked up a hockey stick or who can be a little nervous to try new things. Everyone is a beginner and there are no tests! We just want you and your child to come along, pick up a stick and have fun.

We’ll help your child enjoy being active – we’ll play lots of fun games while learning new skills and running around. Our approach is to help them feel successful and have a great time doing physical activity which boosts their confidence, wanting them coming back for more.

Don’t forget you get a free shirt, two sticks and a ball included with the 8 sessions! Don’t worry if it doesn’t come in time for the first session, we have spares.

We are back! It’s been a long cold winter and it’s time to get back on the pitch with hopefully some warmer weather!! We can’t wait to meet you all. This year we are going to run 8 weeks throughout the summer starting on the 6th June.
