Happy New Month!

Anyone else find it really satisfying that today is the 1st of the Month and also the 1st New Moon of the astrological calendar. Perfect Day for Fresh Starts.

The 1st Quarter of the Year was my warm up. Full of growth, learning and preparing for what's to come. Now I'm ready, let's go!

April is so I'll be sharing some things related to that throughout the month, some tips to deal with stress, spreading awareness, different things to help so look out for that 😊
