✨ Tuesday Slow Flow Yoga | 7:15 pm ✨

Looking for a way to move your body and switch off after a busy day?

Join us this Tuesday at 7:15 pm at Tall Oaks Community Hub in West Edinburgh for a Yoga Flow class.

You don’t need to be flexible or ‚good at yoga’.
It’s about moving your body, building strength and mobility, releasing tension, slowing your mind, and leaving feeling better than when you arrived.

Whether you’re sitting at a desk all day, feeling stiff, or simply need an hour that’s just for you, this class will help you feel:
✨ stronger in your body
✨ more mobile
✨ less tension in your back, neck and shoulders
✨ calmer and clearer in your mind

Nervous system conscious.

Suitable for all levels, with options throughout the class, and a lovely, welcoming group to practise with.

🌿 Your first class is FREE, come and give it a try

📍 Tall Oaks Community Hub Edinburgh (close to Corstorphine Tesco)

Instead of the sofa and Netflix, come and spend a Tuesday evening with us. I bet you’ll feel much better for it 😉

Feels good, doesn’t it? Like a warm hug for your mind 🤍🎧

It’s bilateral sounds (or bilateral stimulation).

How it works:
Sound that gently alternates between your left ear - right ear - left - right.

Why it can feel so calming:
When your brain has a simple rhythm to follow, your body often gets the message:
✨ “I’m safe.”
✨ “I can relax.”
✨ “I can focus on the present moment.”

I honestly loooove it. Could listen to it forever.

A lot of people notice bilateral songs help them feel more:
• grounded
• relaxed in the body
• focused (especially when your mind is racing)
• less “on edge” after a long day

How to try it:
🎧 Put on headphones
or
📱 Turn your phone sideways
😮‍💨 Close your eyes + breathe slow
🕯️ Listen for 1–3 minutes and notice what shifts

Save this for as a little treat for the next time you feel overstimulated 🫶

Comment “BILATERAL” and I’ll send you my favourite track + a 60-second nervous system reset to go with it ✨

If you know me, you’ll know that I’m inspired by the Blue Zones lifestyle. Blue Zones are often talked about in terms of food.

Olive oil.
Beans.
Vegetables.
A glass of wine.

But the deeper pattern is something else.

People in the world’s longest-living communities don’t just eat well. They eat together.

Meals are slow, tables are full. Conversations continue long after the plates are empty.

This is where connection happens. And connection, it turns out, is one of the strongest predictors of health and longevity.

Before you scroll away, pause for a moment.

When was the last time you shared a slow meal with people you love?

Save this as a reminder to make space for it.

And if you’d like to experience a moment to pause and connect, join us for our Blue Zones inspired afternoon in Edinburgh on Sunday 26 April. Comment info and I’ll send more details.
