New classes added!!
So pleased to announce that I have another 2 blocks of Wee Ones and Workouts at the wonderful Make Believe.

They will be on for 6 weeks at 10am and 11.30am starting on Tuesday 9th of June.

These classes are for post partum mums wanting to get back to moving their body, in a safe space with their baby and other like-minded mums.

There is a whatsapp group to keep in touch, weekly videos in case you miss a class, an expert personal trainer to guide you through and all in a baby proof environment ❤️

I have another 2 Wee Ones and Workouts classes starting in April!

What is Wee Ones and Workouts you ask?

It's a 6-week post-partum fitness program designed for new mums with their babies (newborn to pre-crawling).

I want mums to feel like they can safely return to exercise, build foundational strength, and connect with a community of mums who are going through the same stage of life.

Pregnancy and birth are incredible… but they can also be lonely. Most of your day is spent caring for your new baby, but what about you?

Next 6 week block starting Tuesday 14th April at 10am and 11.30am



Bring Comfy clothes, water, and your usual baby bag. Mats are provided!
