We’ve been lied to… again.

You know what's crazy? The "recommended dose" of Vitamin D3 is 600 IU a day...

600 IU?! That’s a joke.

I personally take 10,000 IU daily — and let me tell you, it changed EVERYTHING:

"The Low-Fat Lie: How I Was Fooled for Years"

I used to think I was doing the right thing. Low-fat yogurt, skimmed milk, "light" spreads—if it said low fat, I bought it. I was convinced that cutting fat meant cutting weight. But guess what? I was gaining weight, feeling sluggish, constantly hungry, and stuck in a cycle of craving more food.

Turns out, I was a victim of marketing, not science. When fat is stripped from food, it doesn’t just disappear—it’s replaced with sugar, fillers, and chemicals to keep it "tasty." And what does that do? Spikes insulin, increases cravings, and messes with metabolism.

READ THE LABELS 🧐 Watch out for anything that says "Added Vitamins", "High in Protein" Fortified, Enriched ❌❌❌

Real food doesn't need to state it's vitamins and it's protein content👌👍

Once I switched to REAL, WHOLE foods—full-fat yogurt, grass-fed butter, eggs, and unprocessed meats—everything changed. More energy, better digestion, stable weight, and no more endless hunger.

🚨 Fat is NOT the enemy.
Processed, artificial, and low-fat marketed junk is.
