Great to work with Dare To Change founder Kyle this week as he gets ready to take on an IM in Europe!

Despite having a previous fit, Kyle knew things weren't right and together we were able to achieve a more balanced, comfortable and sustainable position.

Remember raw power isn't everything, you need to be able to hold a position and deliver consistent power for 4+ hours for a full IM

The TBF system is comprehensive and builds a position from first principles all the way to brake levers, that works with you biomechanics, in tune to your riding style and ability.

Whatever your goals this year, make sure you are on a bike that is fitted to you, and ready to give as much as you are!

Bike riding in Scotland is ELITE πŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώβ˜€οΈ

Awesome day on the bike after a busy week, great to get out into the hills. Gravel, grass and path - a tough day on the bike but wow, it's been stunning.

Took on the first 85k of the Capital Trail, with a wee detour to Gifford for brunch at the Lanterne Rouge.

Windy paths, country estates, yellow fields, pine forests, follys, big hills, heather, sun, gravel, grassy climbs, the Tweed and a pint to finish. πŸ‘Œ

Great day out. Let me know if you've ever done the capital trail! Super impressed anyone who can do the full 240k in a day, 85 was quite punishing.

Couple goals - his n hers bike fit!

Great job from a few weeks back fitting a couples road and gravel bikes.

Now they are set up for summer adventures, on and off the road.

After a cracking wee spin on the road bike this morning , time to take care of a few jobs on my gravel bike and new CX bike

As summer has been so busy fitting bikes, my goal now is to ride some of the Scottish CX circuit over autumn and winter

And to revisit one of the hardest events I've ever done on a bike, the Bear Bones 200, down in Wales in October. Truly a punishing event, would love to break the 24hour mark and get a black badge...

Aside from needing to spend more time on the bike and get to the gym, both bikes need some work. Here's a couple of videos of what I got up to today...
