ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT 🔦

This weekend we’re backing one of our own, Ian Liddle as he takes to the platform at the Easter Scotland Districts in Dundee, competing in the U88kg category 💪🏼

Ian has recently made the move back home to Edinburgh after spending the last few years out in New Zealand, where he didn’t just train hard but he competed at the National Championships in 2022 & 2025 🇳🇿 . Ian has great experience at a high level.

Now he’s back, putting that experience to work and is often seen training real hard on the oly platform here at Titan 🏋🏼‍♂️

From everyone at Titan, we wish you the very best this weekend, Ian. Go out there and do your thing 👊🏼

Gaffer on the move 🚂

Don’t panic… he’s not leaving us. Just heading south of the border to get amongst it 💪

Callum is stepping up into the Opens this weekend at Essex Strongest Man hosted by The Unit Gym, Colchester.

After a 1st place 🥇 and 2nd place 🥈 finish in his last two Intermediates comps, the jump up is well earned… now it’s time to see what he can do against the big boys, and in England too with the higher numbers!

Krzy and his son Ksawery were competing at the A/BPU Single Lift Championship at the Arnold Sports Festival.

Krzy won gold and set a new UK record with a lift of 190kg.

Ksawery won silver in Teen 2 category (75kg class) with a 90kg left.

Both father and son have qualified for the World Championships.

If you see them in the gym be sure to congratulate them 💪👊👍

Good Luck Gaffer 🫡

Our Gym Manager, Callum, steps back onto the competition floor for the first time since returning to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿!

He’ll be competing in the Scottish Strongman League which kicks off in Paisley tomorrow and we’re buzzing to see him back where he belongs.

Since joining Titan in January, Callum’s brought serious energy to the place. Driving standards, building the Stronger in 12 crew, bringing new faces through the doors, and pushing strength sports every single day.

What you don’t always see is the work behind the scenes. The graft, the consistency, the standards he sets for himself and how that lifts everyone around him 👌🏻
