To advance education and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupations where such is in the interest of social welfare and is made with the object of improving the conditions of life of the members of the community in the area of benefit and for that purpose to associate with the East Lothian Council voluntary organisations and/or inhabitants in the area of benefit

Do you work with children and young people and feel ready to progress? Explore flexible study opportunities in childhood education, play work, and childcare leadership!

East Lothian Works, in partnership with Edinburgh College, are offering a range of Social Services Children and Young People (SSCYP) Childhood Practice courses from SCQF Level 6 to Level 8.
