📢 Little BoxStars Galashiels.

Lauren will be delivering the Little Box class (ages 2-5) today in Galashiels.

She's one of our most experienced coaches & has played for Scotland u15s, Hibs and captained Rangers at U17s!

Lots of excited children today already - should be a great session!

Little Box Stars in The Borders has been going from strength to strength even with the weather of recent.

Classes in Lauder, Galashiels, Selkirk and Hawick are continuing to grow in numbers.

Does your 2-5 year old want to make their first steps into the beautiful game?

As well as developing technical skills, our programme also incorporates and focuses on key values such as working as a team, respect for themselves and others, adherence to the rules, fair play and honesty.

This class will be in partnership with Milton AFC creating a pathway for pre-school football into the Milton academy & Box Soccer classes.

The Coaching Manual is finally here!!

The Little Box Stars programme was fifteen months in design before being released last year.

Now with five regions running LBS sessions, all coaches have their manual which covers drills to improve motor skills of young participants (improving their ABCs) and then develops the relationship with player and ball.

It's all about the detail!

BERRA SIGNS FOR BOXSOCCER!

BoxSoccer are pleased to announce current Heart of Midlothian and Scotland Internationalist Christophe Berra has signed on to oversee delivery of a new training programme in Edinburgh, called Berra's Box.

Christophe will provide mentoring to the current coaches and assist with the delivery of the programme taking place at the World Of Football.

The current HeartofMidlothianFC team that Christophe captains are eight games unbeaten and haven't conceded a goal in eight hours and counting.

Christophe, in his second spell at Hearts, was immediately appointed captain for the 2017/18 season such are his experience and leadership qualities within the game.

The Hearts renaissance this season has been built on a strong defence where Christophe partners with John Souttar, a graduate from the first BoxSoccer programme in Dundee.

There are free taster sessions taking place on the 19th January - to book a place please email [email protected]. There will also be Little Boxstars (ages 2-5) with a free taster session on the 20th January.

We are massively excited to welcome Christophe aboard and look forward to him bringing his ideas to BoxSoccer.
