Now we’re all back on UK soil, we can reflect on our incredible trip to Orlando for the Allstar World Championships 💫
We won this bid last June at Energy Nationals and quickly decided we’d take the team who earned it (with some amazing new additions too 🥰).
The division we entered was the largest at ASW, with almost 100 teams. We knew it wouldn’t be easy, and our goal for this trip was simple: put out a clean routine the girls could be proud of and make it to Day 2.
To then make it through to finals in first place was a dream come true! Those champions bracelets will not be coming off anytime soon 😂
Day 2 combined our divisions, meaning unlike some teams entering day 2, our division actually got bigger — we were up against 43 other teams who had also made finals. Being announced in the top 10 and stepping out onto that stage was a moment we will never forget 💫💜
Finishing 6th overall out of 94 teams, in our first year at this event was just incredible!
To our athletes — our gorgeous Rage girls — we adore you. You’ve worked tirelessly to become the fittest, strongest, best versions of yourselves, and it showed on that floor. Your behaviour on and off the mat was second to none, and we are so proud of every single one of you and the journey you’ve been on💜
To our parents — thank you for trusting us, believing in our vision, and getting the girls to Orlando. We know the hard work and sacrifices that went into making this trip possible 🤍
To Aimee and Zoe, the dream coaching team — you’ve both worked endlessly to create such a high-scoring routine. Maxing out in so many areas on the scoresheet speaks volumes. Homegrown talent, coming up through Cheer Evo and now coaching at this level… I’m beyond proud of you both🥹💜
To Energy, the event producer who awarded us our bid — thank you for the opportunity. We hope we made you proud on our first trip to ASW 🥰
A huge well done to all the other UK teams who competed, especially all of the Scottish teams who made it to the podium 🏆🏴 The standard of UK cheerleading at such a big US event was outstanding!
