1. You’ll gain an honest outside
perspective from that person. What
he/she observes from watching you
train.

2. Accountability within that session.
Having someone there to push you
in that session often begs the
question.. could I be doing a little
more when training on my own?
⠀
3. Learn from observation. This is
simple, just watch and learn. Pick
up little things that you notice, their
mindset and body language when
walking into a lift, their technique &
their intensity etc.

Ask questions, be willing to learn and onboard new information.. with an open mind you’ll never leave that session having learned nothing.
