Here’s our timetable for 2024!

Bounce - our traditional trampoline fitness class - 45 mins of cardio work followed by 15 mins of toning.

Barbells - our strength class involving the barbell - no bouncing here!

Beats - our carnival vibe class giving you a great upper body workout whilst beating out some rhythms on the trampoline!

You can book any of these as a single session for £7.25, or use our multi class passes to get a little discount on each session!
