It’s great to see so many young talents in the club on a Friday night ‘ when they could be at home watching s**t in Tv or hanging around the streets with there mates 🙈

Both boxers had to work hard to get the wins and done our club proud,

My son has been working hard with .dwh over the last few weeks and needed that to get past his very strong kid from 🙏❤️

What a great weekend away in Wales climbing snowdon mountain 😎
with my boy Hero and and his daughter and spirit and sky our border collies 🥰

We went to the copper mines and then climbed snowdon with our 8 & 9 year old kids 😍
This was there 2nd mountain together and we are very proud fathers , it was not easy but they made it look easy 😂

It means a lot and we are truly grateful to everyone 🙏❤️

was hard today especially with the heat’
but I had to hard hard and push through the pain , no head phones and no music to motivate me but the support from the Scot’s were amazing, they were calling my name and giving me the energy to push through and I got a great Time thanks to them ,🙏❤️

There we’re times we’re my mind was saying stop and rest or walk the rest ,
Your body can’t take it at 46,
But I said you don’t know me son 😉

Yes it’s a personal best and I had my sisters voice in my head and jet pulling me to the finish line 😁

This was not easy but got the job done in memory of my sister Lisa tully and best friend Jet 🙏❤️
