💛 Happy Monday to you all! 💛
What a weekend, aye!? Hope you all made it home okay after the state of the motorways yesterday 🤦🏻♀️ we LOVE a huge traffic jam after a busy weekends work.
Right from the heart, we just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to each and every lifter for choosing us and for being absolutely incredible human beings. You all lifted with such professionalism and technical grace, it was a pleasure to watch and ref you all.
NoDumbelles was the brain child of the amazing Tania George () with the vision of building and supporting the growth of women within powerlifting. Here we are, 10 years later, we’re thrilling to be continuing on with this great event and creating a space for experienced and brand new lifters to push their barbell boundaries!
This weekend you all brought such a supportive and buzzing atmosphere. You embodied what NoDumbelles was made for - To cheer on your fellow lifter and challenge your own capabilities.
We’re so proud of every one of you!
