Trying to find 10 minutes for calm and quiet each day.

Has this happened every day? No

Has this happened nearly every day? Hahahahahahahaha (no)

By some miracle however, I was the first one up in the house today and managed to enjoy a quiet brew by myself.

Found some pics from the last two weeks to remind me I have had some peaceful moments, even if I don't feel like I have.

Now I have to go and stop my daughter eating the toilet roll she has been unrolling and shredding as I typed this. 😅

I read this week that the sun won't set before 6pm until 18th October. How fantastic is that. Let's enjoy it! 🌼

Not long before I can practice outdoors again!☀️

It's been a real challenge over winter with not having my own space for a home practice.

Getting to classes isn't always convenient or easy!

You just won't do it!
