I am Lauren, the founder and trainer here at Fit Frame Studio. After training myself for many years and becoming a Pilates Instructor, I decided to combine my knowledge and open a home based functional studio for those that wanted a more private and specialist approach to resistance and HIIT training. My aim is to create a happier, healthier ‘frame’ for you, whilst defining your mental and physical ‘state’ & building the foundations of a body that serves you.

Welcome to Fit Frame Studio!
We are located in Eaton, Tarporley in Cheshire.
We will be officially launching in January 2023, however we are taking on a few clients pre Christmas, as we just finish off perfecting our new private studio space.
