A workout of all Body Weight exercises are a waste of time…
Based on calorie burn alone… just look at this
Sunday evening, I was in the gym deadlifting 80kg, pushing a sled, other weight and cable based exercises for around an hour = 203kcal burned 🔥
This morning, around an hour of functional strength based body weight exercises and rolling the awning away = 228kcal burned 🔥
I’m definitely not a scientist or a mathematician BUT I do know that one of them hurt less and will have less impact on my joints and that the same one burned more calories 🧐
