Music has always been there for me. But working with sound changed something much deeper. It gave my life a new direction and opened paths I never expected to take. Looking back, I feel like sound was quietly guiding me all along.

Maybe sometimes we need to stop for a moment… to hear where life is trying to take us. 🤎

With love,

What happens after a sound bath?

The final sound fades, the session comes to an end… but the experience doesn’t necessarily stop there.

A sound bath is a moment of deep listening and slowing down. And sometimes, it’s only afterwards that you begin to notice how the experience has affected the way you feel - physically, mentally or emotionally.

Some changes can feel immediate. Others may be much more subtle and reveal themselves later.

In this carousel, we’re sharing 6 things you might notice after a sound bath - and some of them may surprise you.
Swipe through to discover what can stay with you after the sound ends. →

And if you’re curious about how a sound bath might feel for you, come and experience it for yourself at one of our Sound Bath sessions at Eastcote House Gardens. 🤎
Come as you are. Lie down, close your eyes and simply listen.

I have a special love for Tibetan singing bowls. 🤎

There’s something about their sound - raw, layered and almost unpredictable. Every bowl has its own character, and no two seem to speak in quite the same way.

What makes them even more fascinating to me is that their story isn’t as clear as their name might suggest.

Although we know them today as “Tibetan singing bowls”, their exact origins are still debated. They’re associated with the Himalayan region, including Tibet and Nepal, but there isn’t one documented story telling us exactly where, when or why they first appeared.

Maybe that little bit of mystery is part of their beauty.

And playing them surrounded by nature at The Grove made this moment feel even more special - open space, greenery, natural sounds and the resonance of the bowls all meeting in one place.

I may not know exactly where their story began, but I know what happens when I play them - I want to stop, listen and stay with the sound a little longer. 🤎

When was the last time you gave yourself an hour that belonged only to you? ♡

One hour without rushing, answering, planning or thinking about what comes next.

Lie down. Close your eyes. Let the sound surround you - and simply be.

A Sound Bath at Eastcote House Gardens is a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life, take some distance from the things you can’t control and create a little more space for yourself.

And when the last sound fades, there’s no need to rush home.

Take a walk through the beautiful Eastcote House Gardens, stay for a coffee and let your Sunday morning unfold a little more slowly. ♡

You spend so much of your time showing up for everything and everyone else.

This time, show up for yourself.
