Just a tiny handful of the awesome photos taken by from the Strongest in the South Coast comp.
For my first time running I really couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother than it did. Everyone smashed it out of the park in terms of performance and respect for all the athletes and the gym.
Thank you all for attending, it was great to see some familiar faces as well as new ones, I hope you had a good day and I look forward to seeing all of you in the future as I'm sure our paths will cross again.
Big love to all the staff at for helping out, catering to the athletes and most importantly, letting me use the space for the event.
A massive thanks to the guys at not only for coming down to ref but also for creating such a fantastic platform for all of the community to use to find comps, gyms, coaches and more.
Finally, the biggest love to my partner for the support over the last few weeks, keeping scores and generally helping out throughout so I could take a back seat and enjoy the day showing our baby what she's going to be growing up around.
