One to one outdoor fitness sessions now available. Flexible times and at only £8 per session! A monthly contract can be arranged where you can benefit from full meal plans, plenty of advice and tips, a workout guide for your training outside or the 1-1s and nutritional products included.
All sessions will follow the covid guidelines
Also within the up coming months when covid restrictions are more relaxed we will be holding outside group sessions at only £3 per person.
