If Claude keeps cutting you off, check these 3 things:

1. The model - the big ones like Opus and Fable use your limits fastest. For emails, captions and everyday admin, switch to Sonnet and turn the effort down.

2. Chat length - The longer a chat gets, the more Claude reads every time you message. So start a new chat each time you switch topics.

3. Re-uploading the same files - Put them in a project once instead.

None of this makes it unlimited but it'll help!

Send this to the friend who's always waiting for their Claude limit to reset.

If you use ChatGPT or Claude in your business, here are 5 things I'd never paste in.

1. Customer details like addresses, phone numbers or medical history. Under GDPR, that's your responsibility.
2. Card or bank details.
3. Passwords and API keys.
4. Anything covered by an NDA. If it's confidential, it stays in-house, and AI isn't in-house.
5. Private info about other people, like a staff grievance or someone's health.

And if you'd rather your chats weren't used to train future AI models, in Claude go to Settings, then Privacy, and turn off Help improve our AI models.

Six years of building other people's systems has made me strict about this one.

Everyone’s talking about AI agents now

so DM me or comment “AGENTS” and I’ll send you my free guide.

It explains what an “AI Agent” actually is (and why you may already have some but not know it!)

I’ve been in business for 4 years now and trying to run everything alone is tough so here’s 5 ai agents that keep things running in the background while I’m sat here with a cocktail:

1. Morning brief
At 9am one email lands in my inbox with my day, my tasks and my numbers on it, so I don’t have to open everything to find out where I’m at.

2. Inbox agent
Three times a day it sorts my Gmail and drafts replies to anything that needs one. It also logs important decisions and notes in Notion, so I always know when I last spoke to someone. It never sends anything, that bit’s still me.

3. Task harvest
At 9pm it reads the day’s chats and emails and suggests tomorrow’s to-do list. It can suggest tasks but it’s never allowed to tick one off.

4. Who owes me money
Twice a month it checks QuickBooks and updates my finance page in Notion, so a late invoice gets flagged before I’ve even thought about chasing it.

5. Content review
Every two weeks it pulls my Instagram numbers and tells me what to do more of and what to drop. It suggests the changes, I make the call.

all automated, all super simple to set up for your business so that you can save time and focus on the important bits - or just have more chill time!🧘‍♀️

You're using Claude like a search engine.

Which is fine... but that's about 10% of what it can actually do for you.

The bit that changes everything is connectors. You let Claude into the apps you already use, and it stops talking about your work and starts doing it.

The 8 I actually use:

1. Notion... my second brain, and now it updates itself
2. Gmail... drafts the replies I've been avoiding since Tuesday
3. Canva... builds the post so I'm editing, not staring at a blank page
4. Calendly... sorts the call and hands over the link
5. Airtable... fills in the client trackers so I'm not doing data entry at 11pm
6. Stripe... who's paid, who hasn't, and what's actually selling
7. Booking.com... plans the whole trip (more of a lifestyle one, but I love it)
8. Apify... proper web research on tap. You add this one yourself but it's worth it

❗One thing though... don't connect every single one.

Claude will go rummaging in them even when you don't need it to, which just burns through your usage. Connect the ones you actually use, switch the rest off.

My favourite by far is the Notion one.

ok, i’m finally ready to say this out loud…

I’m pivotting. Not a little - like A LOT.

A whole business (& personal) switch-a-roo!

i’ve been feeling for a while now like i’ve outgrown the version of me that built my business.

it’s been making me feel icky,

If you know me, you’ll know that for the past 3+ years, i’ve been running things behind the scenes

for Agencies/Coaches/Consultants as a project manager, OBM, systems expert…

i’ve helped 40+ businesses streamline their systems, launch their offers, build the back end of 6 & 7 figure programmes.

all while travelling the world as a digital nomad 🌍

but somewhere along the way, i started to feel detached.

like i was constantly building someone else’s dream biz, not mine.

when i was honest with myself, i realised i didn’t want more clients.

i didn’t want to build another CRM, system or workflow.

i wanted to build something of my own.

so i’ve been quietly figuring that out for 6 whole months.

through journalling, lots of long walks, coaching, workshops, you name it!

(Lots of breakdowns and breakthroughs were had!)

and i’m finally ready to put my new “thing” out into the world.

I’m going to build the thing i wish i had when i started:

A private mentorship programme & community for ambitious digital nomads.

A programme built with 100% my experience, learnings & vision. And a group of like-minded souls that just GET IT.

A space to ask questions, build friendships, get client referrals, learn to grow, share wins, all the good stuff!

I wanna work with digital nomads, freelancers or aspiring biz owners to ditch the hustle, travel the world, and live on their own terms. Just as I have.

i wanna help others who might be feeling a little lost, stuck or overwhelmed as they take the first steps as a business owner towards their big bold dreams.

And provide a programme with foolproof “been there done that” solutions as someone who’s ACTUALLY lived the flexible (often unpredictable) nomad lifestyle.

i don’t have all the answers yet — but for the first time in a v v long time, it feels right.

i feel like me again. just more grounded, a bit more bold, and ready to build something magic. ✨

if you’re building a remote life - or dreaming of it , stick around, this might just be your thing X

Feeling like your business is running you (instead of the other way around)?

Most founders I speak to are juggling:
• Messy inboxes
• Too many tools
• Repetitive tasks
• Content chaos
• Zero time to actually think

So we put together a quick document to help:
10 Time-Saving Hacks from a Nomadium VA
– Real systems & workflow tricks we use with clients every week
– No fluff. Just quick wins that actually save hours.

Want it?
Drop a “HACKS” in the comments and i’ll send it over.

And if reading it makes you think “I need someone to just do this for me” — we’ve got space for 2 new clients this month.

2 facts exist in every founder’s head, and they’re always at odds.

1. There’s only so much you can do by yourself.

2. Letting go of the reins on something you really care about is hard.

Maybe you don’t necessarily want to be involved with every little decision…

(I’ve heard founders say this a million times)

But you end up getting involved with every little thing because you care so much and because you feel these things need your attention.

(I’ve seen the same founders then do this 😅)

Trust me, I run my own business and I’m an OBM for a bunch of others:

You’re going to keep coming up against this issue until you hire well and train people properly

AND

You do the internal work you need to do to actually let go

Your business is your baby, but if you want it to grow out of nappies and learn to walk, talk and stand by itself - you have to let it!

It’s good to talk to people about what they’re doing, or what they’ve done.

You can learn from them.

🙅‍♀️ What isn’t good is thinking that their exact recipe for success will guarantee yours.

👉 You’ll start comparing yourself to them and their journey (miserable, don’t recommend)

👉 You won’t know how to fix the mistakes you inevitably make because you haven’t actually learned how to creatively problem solve

👉 If everything doesn’t go down in the exact same way - which it won’t - you’ll panic

Impostor syndrome is just waiting to creep in if you don’t focus on your own journey.

By all means, ask for guidance.

Learn from other people’s mistakes.

But trying to follow their journey to a T isn’t going to benefit you, or teach you all the skills you need to build YOUR business.

Are you good at focusing on your own journey, or do you get distracted sometimes? 👀

If you’re struggling to attract qualified leads, it might be because you haven’t refined your offering. 🤷‍♀️

Red flags:

- Your ICP is way too broad, so your messaging is shaky at best.

- Your value proposition doesn’t hammer down on the key pain points you’re solving.

- You’re not asking for any kind of feedback.

- You don’t have a screening process/questionnaire that would save you and potential clients time.

- You’re not active on the right social channels.

Any of these sounding familiar? 👀

A few tweaks in your process and really streamlining your marketing can gain you back time AND cut out a lot of the confusion.
