Hello everyone,

Hope you are all coping the best way you can in these unusual times. If you are not working and are home it is worth mentioning to keep your mind as active as possible. So occupy yourself with all the things that you have not had time for until now:

🙂 Learn something new - look at www.openculture.com for lots of free online courses, audio books, movies etc.

🙂 Read some of those books that have been left unread.

🙂 Try out some exercise routines especially fun if you have family - there are plenty of free ones on YouTube. Make sure you take your permitted exercise outside every day - go for a walk see where you end up. Do not forget to drink plenty of fluids especially when exercising.

🙂 Do not focus too much on the negativity that is portrayed in the media instead share all the positive stories you see so others can benefit too.

🙂 We are part of history so try keeping a record and why not make a time capsule for others to open in years to come.

🌈 Finally remember that although we cannot change what is happening around us, this thing is TRANSIENT. It will eventially go away. Most of us will recover. Sometime in the future we will be saying 'can you remember that virus in 2020'
