Vic is CFRā€™s member of the month for December! šŸŽ…šŸ¼
Vic has been a staple from day one of us opening - from the early days of not being sure whether to set foot into the gym and feeling particularly clumsy with a weight in her hands - sheā€™s committed so her journey and turned herself into an RX regular with confidence with a barbell, incredible gymnastic skills, and most importantly, a confidence that goes beyond just holding her own in the gym setting.
Her selflessness and enthusiasm for others has always been at the forefront of everything she does - always one to lend a hand, or a shoulder - she is exactly the kind of athlete that CFR prides itself on.
