Monday full day
Tuesday morning
Thursday afternoon and evening
Friday full day

The gym is fully equipped with two rigs, barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, a rower, a ski erg, a bike erg and three assault bikes. It’s set up perfectly for PT sessions or small groups

It’s very private, but on the Main Street in Haddington with parking nearby. It has a small kitchen and bathroom with a shower

I am very excited to announce that I am launching THREE fitness classes this month at the in Haddington📍🏋🏼‍♀️

I have been coaching and helping people achieve their fitness goals in Edinburgh for just shy of 3 years now, but wanted to expand this bracket and felt there was no better place than my home town.

My goal as a coach is to use my skills, knowledge & experience to help each and every person I work with to find a balance and sustainable routine with Nutrition, Exercise and Life that makes them feel confident, healthy and most importantly happy.

I am super excited to take MBH to East Lothian, and hopefully help some of you achieve your fitness goals in 2024 and beyond.

I also have some additional spaces for 1:1 and 2:1 personal training, should you want something more personalised.

Who am I? Why come to me?

💪 I am a fully certified Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

💪 Level 3 Nutrition Qualification.

💪 Level 3 Sports Massage Certificate.

💪Twelve years service in the British Army.

💪Trauma Informed Facilitator for Groundswell Scotland.

I have a love for fitness, but it hasn’t always been that way. There were many times when I have felt unfit, useless, not good enough, weak and overweight. Times where I just gave up and avoided fitness of any form. Disheartened from being the least fit in the room.

Rediscovering my love of fitness came when I stopped putting pressure on myself to be at a certain level, or compete with anyone else.

I started doing workouts purely to improve my mental health, having struggled with it for years. I committed to doing a small amount everyday.

IT WORKED!

Over time these small sessions got longer and harder, some days much more so than others, but I turned up, for myself, everyday.

I am not always motivated, energised or in a good mood, however, without fail, I always feel better after a workout.

I want to help others feel better too.

I am creating a fitness space where you feel comfortable and confident to attend no matter how you feel.

These slots go fast get yourself booked in!

Use it or lose it!

But if you're struggling to move because of pain or injury, let's take a look at how we can keep you moving whilst your body heals and recovers.

Why not rest? Because rest rarely solves any problems and that's why I don't suggest it. There's always a way to work round things to keep your body moving and even to keep it training hard. Just gotta adapt!

If you'd like help to figure out a plan to get you out of pain then here's my availability for the rest of July...

This may be my last class but the Fitness Lab in Haddington is very much still going!

We have Suzanne working her magic on folks with Advanced Remedial and Sports Therapy and Kylie Garrity running her PT business from here too - kylie specialises in pre and post natal training 😊

There will be more people starting here shortly so watch this space!

Buggy Bootcamp coming soon to Haddington

Fun and friendly outdoor exercise classes for Mums with their babies/toddlers

As a mum myself I get it, fitting in workouts around the kids can be tough, so I want to make it easy for you

No matter what part of your post partum journey I'm here to help it's never too late to be an active mummy.

Within the session you will

Bond with your baby/toddler
Socialise with other mums
Focus on core rehab, breathing and pelvic floor
Improve fitness and strength

In the safe hands of a fully certified Level 3 Personal Trainer/level 3 Active IQ in Pre and Post Natal Trainer
