⚽ WE’RE RECRUITING – HEAD COACH / MANAGER ⚽

EKYM WFC

EKYM WFC are looking for an ambitious, driven and committed Head Coach / Manager to lead our next chapter.

We currently compete in the Scottish Women’s Recreational League and are building towards our long term goal of eventually progressing into competitive 11 a side league football.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape, develop and build a squad from the ground up.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Minimum SFA Coaching Badge 1.1
• ⭐ Preferably SFA 1.2 or above
• 📈 Passion for player development
• 🧠 Strong leadership & organisational skills
• 💬 Ability to build a positive, inclusive team culture
• ⚽ Desire to grow the squad and prepare for 11-a-side progression

💼 The Role:

• Lead training sessions
• Develop playing philosophy & structure
• Recruit and build a competitive squad
• Prepare the team for transition into 11-a-side league football
• Represent EKYM WFC professionally on and off the pitch
