Week 1 ➡️ Week 6 of the 12-week peak 💥
Not every week goes perfectly, and last week definitely threw a little bump in the road with hormones and Easter in the mix 🙃🍫 But the biggest win is not letting one off week become a downward spiral.
We’ve moved on, refocused, and the physique is already starting to tighten up nicely. The changes are happening, the detail is coming through, and there’s still another 6 weeks left to really smash it 🔥
Proof that progress isn’t about perfection it’s about consistency, resilience, and getting straight back to work.
