Week 1 ➡️ Week 6 of the 12-week peak 💥

Not every week goes perfectly, and last week definitely threw a little bump in the road with hormones and Easter in the mix 🙃🍫 But the biggest win is not letting one off week become a downward spiral.

We’ve moved on, refocused, and the physique is already starting to tighten up nicely. The changes are happening, the detail is coming through, and there’s still another 6 weeks left to really smash it 🔥

Proof that progress isn’t about perfection it’s about consistency, resilience, and getting straight back to work.

Week 4 of the 12WP complete ✅

The weather tried its best to slow us down this week, but the steps still got done 🌧️

Average scale weight is down 2.5kg, and even better than the numbers, everything is starting to tighten up nicely.

Got ahead before the Easter weekend too with 5 strength sessions ticked off 💪

Food has stayed simple, repetitive, and easy to stick to — and that has helped with consistency ✅

Here’s a typical Sunday of food for me whilst in a calorie deficit on the 12WP 🍽️✨

A full day of food while sticking to my 1550 calorie goal + 130g protein target and still eating meals I actually enjoy.

Today looked like:
🥚 High-protein breakfast
🍗 filling lunch
🥣 Snack that kept me on track
🍝 Proper dinner

Total: ~1550 calories | 130g protein

Proof that fat loss doesn’t have to mean tiny portions or boring meals - just smarter choices, more protein, and meals built to keep me full.

6 months of consistency. 📉💪

Lynne’s progress isn’t just about the scale going down perfectly week after week - it’s about everything she’s built along the way.

Yes, she was prescribed Mounjaro to support her health… but what truly made the difference was the habits she committed to:

✔️ Showing up consistently

Week 2/12 of the 12 Week Peak ✔️

5/5 sessions done ✅ - added conditioning, hit more PBs, kept food clean and high-volume, and still got the steps in (even in the rain 🌧️). Extra miles around Blackpool while my daughter danced at the British Championships 💃

Biggest win: survived a weekend away and stuck to the plan 💯 even had a PEPEs chicken and rice box for my Mother’s Day dinner 😅

Locked in, consistent, and building momentum 🔥

Week 1 of the 12WP complete ✅

It’s been a great first week. The weather’s been kind which has made getting the steps in a lot easier ☀️

4 workouts done and my body is definitely feeling it! Plenty of soreness but that just means the work is getting done 💪

We also finished the week with an extra conditioning group session today which was great good energy, good work, and nice to meet some new faces.

Another big win this week was attending a wedding on Saturday and having my first ever sober night out. Something I wouldn’t usually do, but it felt great to still enjoy the night and wake up the next day feeling fresh 🙌

All boxes ticked for week 1 ✔️
Now we move into week 2

Client Spotlight 💫

Can you believe there’s only ONE month between these photos?! 🤯🔥

Caragh has been training with me twice a week for the last couple of months, fuelling her body with good food, staying consistent, and ticking every box. This is the proof of what can happen when you’re 100% locked in, your body and confidence start to change faster than you think!

I’m so proud of Caragh’s progress so far. She’s already down a whole dress size and the best part? Her journey is only just getting started.
