Hi guys,

For the time being with starting at the new gym I’m going to have to suspend the Thursday classes until at least the new year. I am going to asses and see if I can make something work going forward from there, potentially switching up the day?!

To all of you and guys who have come to any of the classes and the ones been coming for the start, thank you! Hopefully this is not the end and we can get back to it in the new year.

Hi guys, unfortunately my schedule preventing a session again tonight 🙄 however, next week I am definitely off so we will have a session on Thursday 30th October 6:30-7:30! I hope you can make it! 💪🏼

Hi guys, with the new job and settling in there is no class this Thursday! As I mentioned hopefully when things settle down and I know where I’ll be with a shift pattern etc we can get up and running again! Hopefully see you all soon, Alex
