This beautiful 40 year old mother came to me 3 years ago, after 2nd child, 4 months postpartum. She wanted to get back in shape, feel good, and strong.

She works full time, and together, we worked on a plan that would fit her lifestyle. She is super busy, mum, activities, works in corporate, wife, and wanted to keep her identity too (which I think is super important for parents). Adding to this, she was working on a masters too !

She came to me 1x week !...with new habits, she is gaining a new body and mind for life.

It's been a journey, a sustainable journey with realistic strategies and outcomes. She has been and is a pleasure to work with. The weight also proves that scales don't matter, as she continues to build lean muscle and shape her body.

Client shout out 📢

Sarvesh trained with us for 6 months and was a complete newbie to strength training. Being 18 years old, his family wanted him to have a personal trainer to ensure he learnt to train safely and the fundamentals of resistance training.

Sarvesh started with a 8kg goblet squat progressing to a 70kg back squat and he noticed great muscle gains...he was consistent and determined just like in his studies, he made the perfect student.

He's now off to Oxford University with A*A*A to study Leadership in Economics...we wish him good luck 💪🏼🎊

Hidden calories.

You can be doing everything right.

You can be training, eating healthy, drinking your water, following everything you are being told to do and yet, you may not be getting the results you are looking for.

It can be really frustrating when this happens.

It could be enough to put you off and send you back to your old ways.

But, that is counterproductive and it might not be what you are eating that may be causing the issue, not when it comes from your main foods anyway.

Sometimes calories can add up from things that you may not be thinking of or even counting if you are tracking your foods.

The government have made the road map announcement and gyms will open on the 12th April ! We pray this will be the last ...

We pray this will be the last time we close and we look forward to opening our doors to you.

As per normal, we will ensure safety protocols are in place for everyone's safe return.

Bye bye 2020 and hello 2021!

Although 2020 was an absolute sh**t show, we have to look at positives in all the negatives presented to us.

2021 will be just as challenging and it's not about about finding the new you, you are great as you are. It's the year you must find your greatest potential!
