It was pouring down last night but these ladies turned up, snuggled under their gazebos and put in super effort!
It's our first night if really bad weather so we've been lucky! Hoping to be back inside soon!

SOCIAL DISTANCING and keeping our students safe during Covid 19:

We have had some concerns from our page viewers about people holding pads for each other in our photos this weekend.

To make clear that we have taken this situation and safety has been top of agenda for all that we have planned.

If people are holding pads for each other they will be family members from their household and Instructors are teaching from 2meters away as per the guidelines.

If student's didnt have a partner they had punch bags to train on. Which were cleaned after every student used them.

We have made every effort to keep our students and staff safe during this difficult time.

We have had so much positive feed back how this has helped everyone feel better and boosted moods and motivation. Talking and seeing someone outside their home and still being safe was a breath of fresh air for many parents too! Helping mental health!

Super excited to be starting back at HMA!!

Following government guidance we're providing our students with 1 to 1 sessions outside in our carpark!

We have planned all the safety measures we need, ordered new equipment like punch bags etc so that we are ready for social distance teaching!!!
