TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY 👤🔥
Dorota joined us one and a half years ago and has been an absolute powerhouse since then. Having reached over 500 classes and is squatting 95kg, her achievements are incredible! Dorota is a pure example of the benefits of strength training and has noticed the improvement in her strength through using our new functional racks!

We asked Dorota to share her experience with us….

1️⃣ Why did you join F45 Ealing?
Initially my daughter bought me a pass as a present. She knew I wanted to work on my fitness and build muscle after losing over 30kg following a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. I was running but wasn’t strong. Also, being of a certain age I am mindful of muscle loss and osteoporosis. I started seeing results and was enjoying discovering what I could do.

2️⃣ What has kept you going to the studio?
The coaches are great, really supportive and encouraging, remembering my achievements and pushing me further within my own parameters. In the two years I have been going I have reached the 500-class milestone, I have reversed my blood sugar levels and am medication free! My doctors are super impressed with my progress and attribute a large proportion of it to my commitment to the classes.
Also, I would say a little banter does not go amiss, and I always feel welcome!

3️⃣ What do you particularly love about F45 Ealing?
The friendly supportive atmosphere, variation of classes and being able to work at my own pace. I discovered that I’m good at lifting weights and love the rack club that they’ve recently started! I even lifted 95kg, something I never knew I could do. Age doesn’t matter at F45 Ealing and everyone truly supports each other!

💥 ROAD TO HYROX EVENT WITH HYROX CHAMPION SUE ROGERS

1️⃣ Chat with a HYROX Champion - 5.15-5.50pm
Join our conversation with visiting Hyrox Champion, Sue Rogers, who will talk about her road to the Hyrox podium, how and why her journey started and her tips and advice on getting the most out of your Hyrox race, whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned pro. The Q&A session is available to members and non-members for free.

2️⃣ HYROX Engine Workout - 6-6.45pm
Hyrox Champion Sue Rogers will be leading an evening workout aimed at getting you Hyrox ready mentally and physically. Expect some erg work and focus on technical skills for some of those Hyrox stations. This workout is £25 for non-members.

🤩 About Sue
Australian Sue Rogers won the Brisbane HYROX event in the Women’s 60–64 division in 2025 and went on to place second at the HYROX World Championships in Chicago. She has since qualified to compete at the 2026 HYROX World Championships in Stockholm, which takes place just a few days before then coming to talk to us at F45 Ealing!

Sue has spent more than 30 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health advocate. Passionate about helping others achieve their goals, Sue is dedicated to inspiring people of all ages and abilities to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle through exercise.

Jean has been a member with us for 2 years and has nearly completed 300 classes, that shows you what a determined fitness lady Jean has become! A dedicated daytime class member, it is always a joy to coach Jean and the progression she has made is unbelievable. Rather than us tell you about her journey with us, we asked Jean to share her F45 Ealing experience…

1️⃣Why did you join F45 Ealing and what were your goals?

I really wanted to get back into consistent exercise, particularly strength training. I’d tried other gyms but just couldn’t get traction, so when I found F45 and read what others said about the brilliant coaches and challenging but fun 45-minute circuit workouts (my favourite!), it seemed like just the ticket!

2️⃣ How has the studio supported you as a member?

The F45 Ealing coaches and member community are what have kept me staying as a member for over two years now. The coaches bring great energy to every session (no dull classes here!) and have taken time to understand my goals and provide a balance of encouragement, guidance and challenge for me to progress without injury. My fellow members are lovely - friendly and genuinely supportive. I look forward to the workouts and am stronger and fitter at 61 than I was at 40 and that’s all down to F45!

3️⃣ What do you particularly love about the studio?

Again - the community!
The workouts are great, but the fantastic coaches and other members make it extra. The great play lists don’t hurt either!
