🏀 SESSION REMINDER 🏀

There are no Durham City Basketball Club sessions today (Tuesday 11 August) or Thursday 13 August.

Our final summer sessions will take place on:

Playing with pace. Competing with purpose. Learning together.

Our U14 players continued their summer development with another competitive week of basketball.

The group worked on moving the ball, making decisions under pressure, playing through mistakes and continuing to compete on every possession.

These sessions are helping players prepare physically, technically and mentally for the season ahead.

We have opportunities for committed U14 players who want to train regularly, improve their game and become part of a team.

Energy, effort and growing confidence from our U10 group.

Week two gave our players more opportunities to compete, make decisions and learn through the game.

The focus is not only on improving individual skills. We want our players to communicate, work together, respond to challenges and become confident decision-makers on the court.

We welcome experienced players and children who are ready to take the next step in their basketball journey.

Big energy, big smiles and lots of basketball.

Our younger players have been learning through games, making decisions, building confidence and enjoying being active with their teammates.

Our sessions are suitable for children who already play and complete beginners who would like to try basketball for the first time.

Summer spaces are still available.

The intensity went up another level this week as the group continued to work on playing with pace, making quicker decisions and competing on every possession.

Plenty of energy, communication and teamwork as we continue building towards the new season.

Another brilliant afternoon of basketball, with plenty of running, passing, decision-making and competitive game play.

We love seeing the confidence, energy and teamwork developing every time the players step onto the court.

Most importantly, they’re having fun and making new friends while learning the game!

🏀 Our U10s were hooping in Week 2!

Another brilliant summer session packed with energy, teamwork and plenty of competitive basketball.

The group worked on moving the ball, making quicker decisions and playing confidently together — while having plenty of fun along the way.

Great effort from everyone. We are already looking forward to Week 3!
