Three years ago, I started a journey that changed my life
It all began with a mission to lose weight and get in shape for a dream opportunity—playing football in the USA⚽️
I pushed myself harder than ever before, transforming my body and mindset to achieve that goal🎯
Fast forward to the last year, my focus shifted to building strength and putting on muscle in the gym🏋🏼♂️
I’ve learned so much about discipline, consistency, and how to fuel my body for performance and growth🥗
Now, I’m excited to take this passion for fitness and share it with others as a personal trainer
