one whole year of being a PT 🥹💗

a year ago I started my first ever PT job at David Lloyd, having absolutely no idea how much would change in such a short space of time.

I loved working there and gaining experience, but I knew deep down that I wanted to build something of my own. so I stepped outside my comfort zone and took the risk of building my own business

something that felt SO scary at the time, but has been the most amazing thing i’ve done. im so proud of my little business and the amazing group of clients I get to work with every week 🩷

I get to spend my days doing something i’m passionate about and I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else, helping people and seeing them grow in confidence is the most amazing feeling!! the best job ever🥰

I’ve created this for women who are ready to stop starting over and finally become the strongest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves.

Over the past 6 months, my own transformation has completely changed my mindset, my discipline, my understanding of training and nutrition, and the way I view myself entirely.

Through building structure, refining my habits, and truly learning how to fuel and train my body properly, I’ve developed a completely different level of confidence and now I want to help other women do the same.

lil bit of personal progress 😆

10 weeks out from my first ever photoshoot!! This is the first time i’ve ever dieted and stuck to a proper plan (always just kinda done whatever i wanted). Learning alot about myself along the way. Still a long way to go to reach my goals but happy with the progress and journey so far🤩

My mindset has changed so much in terms or training/eating it’s crazy. I used to think if I was going to the gym or doing cardio I could eat whatever I wanted, this is so far from the truth. The way my body has changed by eating for fuel and not pleasure is CRAZY!! not that i won’t enjoy a sweet treat or a fat pizza occasionally😏
