What do you get from training with me?
✅ Knowledge
I want to help you understand exactly what you need to do and why in order to reach your goals. I want to share what I have learned along my own journey and make sure your nutrition, daily movements and planned workouts match up with what you want to achieve. I have qualifications in personal training, pre and post natal coaching, podiatry and health studies with nursing.
✅ Support
I will be your biggest supporter along your health and fitness journey! Just think of me like a mini cheerleader in your pocket and know you can message me at any point to ask questions, let me know your achievements, get it all off your chest...literally anything I am here for it!
✅ Motivation
We all have days when we just are not feeling it. That's where I come in! Sometimes you will genuinely need to rest up and look after yourself, but when you need the extra push to keep on going and keep on achieving, you know I'm going to be the one to help :)
✅ Accountability
Check-ins, calorie counting, protein intake, daily steps, progressive overload - whatever you are aiming for you need to have accountability in order to achieve it. My app is perfect for checking off all your achievements of the week and I love nothing more than seeing those PBs come flying in!
✅ Results
The big one, the reason you are here. No matter your goals, whether it's weight loss, strength gain, building confidence, just getting back to feeling good in yourself again - we can achieve it together!
