Injured? Me? Nah, I prefer to call it “forced creativity."”
Turns out hips are kinda important (who knew?!)
But does that mean I stop training?
Absolutely not.
It just means I’ve leveled up my ability to modify, adapt, and find new ways to stay strong—while also avoiding looking like a baby giraffe learning to walk.
The key?
Controlling what I can control.
I might not be smashing PBs right now, but I can keep moving, keep my nutrition in check, and stay on top of recovery.
Progress doesn’t stop just because things don’t go to plan—it just looks a little different.

Moral of the story?
Injuries happen, but movement is medicine—so adjust, don’t quit.
Now excuse me while I perfect my one-legged squat game!
While continuing to enjoy wholesome food, movement and good health.
