Girls & Boys u13-U18 Rugby: Training Sundays (10-12pm) & Wednesdays (u13's, u14's, U15's, U16's, U18s 6.30pm-8pm). Dundee Rugby is the Club for local players (Boys and Girls) from S1-U18. Dundee Rugby plays in the SRU Lancer Conference providing single age group rugby. Dundee Rugby will provide a platform for children at secondary school age to continue their club ru

gby beyond P7. Dundee Rugby currently operate from Morgan Rugby Club as our home training and match venue. Training now runs Sunday 10am-12pm & Wednesday 6.30pm-8pm. 💙💛 Congratulations, Sophie Mallinson! 💛💙

Sophie recently received an invitation to attend the Scottish Rugby U18 Summer Training Camp at Murrayfield. 🏉

Before the camp had even begun, Sophie was given a training programme to prepare her physically for the demands of the camp.

One of the biggest challenges was the infamous Bronco fitness test—and Sophie absolutely smashed it, finishing 2nd out of 31 players! 💪🔥

The camp gave Sophie an invaluable insight into the standards, commitment and professionalism required to represent Scotland. The experience will no doubt help her continue to develop her game and take the next steps in her rugby journey.

Everyone at Dundee Rugby Club is incredibly proud of Sophie and all that she has achieved. We can’t wait to see what comes next in her rugby journey. 🏉

💙💛 Rounding off our U16s Girls’ success from the end of last season… 💛💙

On 6th June, our Dundee Rugby Club U16s Girls finished their season in style, being crowned champions at the Currie Chieftains Girls 7s Festival. 🏉🏆

The squad showed fantastic skill, determination and teamwork throughout the day to deservedly lift the trophy.

A special congratulations to Sophie Mallinson, whose outstanding performance earned her the Player of the Final award. 👏⭐

A brilliant way to end an excellent season. Congratulations to the players, coaches and everyone involved—you’ve done Dundee Rugby Club proud! 💙💛
