I'm covering aerobics tonight at 7pm at Harris Swim & Sports Centre. There's still spaces if you are up for it!
Class is 45mins, bring water and a fitness/yoga mat if you have your own

This morning im teaching Circuits and LBT at Olympia, im teaching this class every other week. Every Monday & Thursday i also teach Fitness Pilates at DISC sports Centre.

Tonight i fancied a workout in the house but didn't know what....i was ready to do an Caroline Girvan workout on a youtube but then up popped me teaching aerobics....so as weird as this sounds, i participated in my own class. Me and myself were whooping away at each other, at the same time 😂 i always enjoy(ed) teaching but i must admit i also enjoyed being a participant

I've been a bit quiet as of late, i do apologise. Although group exercise classes have been back for a month or so now i currently don't have any timetabled classes as I'm moving house soon. You know that scared/nervous/excited feeling that you sometimes get before you do something? I have that this morning.

This morning I'm covering 2 classes Tabata (9.30) and LBT (10.30) at Douglas Sports Centre. This will be the first in-person classes i will have taught since end of Oct/beginning of Nov!!!
