💣Forget about 5-a-day, HIIT training and intermittent fasting.

Here is what you need to know if you work long hours and kids but are tired of having a dad bod.

1. Get yourself in a kcal deficit 5:7 days by skipping breakfast, walking to/from work.

2. Join a gym and commit to going 3 times per week for 45 to an hour.

3. Stop snacking. Become an adult and stop eating crap between meals. I am talking biscuits, cakes, crisps etc.

4. No eating pastries for breakfast. You are likely not French and if you are but you have man t**s, this applies to you too.

5. Don't sabotage yourself at the weekends by eating and drinking the world and doing the less steps than a paraplegic. Make the weekends fun by moving more and enjoying a little bit more food and drink as a result!

Losing weight is way harder when you are in your 40's compared to
your 20's!!!

Your metabolic rate (metabolism) will be lower meaning you eat less
kcals but get fatter.

You have kids. You have a grown up job. You have so much stress
and s**t to deal with compared to the 22 year old you.

It is s**t but that is life!!!

The good news is that you can actually do a lot about it by some
taking 3 simple steps that really don't take that much energy, time
or money.

This means finding a way of eating foods that your body needs and just enough of what your mind wants.

Creating this balance is pretty simple but defo ain't easy!

There is a way of eating all the foods you like and having the body you want.

Natasha proving that losing belly fat is possible no matter your age!

She is a wife, mum, grandmother and nurse, who works long, unsociable shifts at the hospital every week.

🍺 How I stay lean but still drink beer 🍺

For those of you that know me, you know that I love a beer, but also stay pretty lean all year round.

How do I do this?

It is actually pretty simple.

Over the years I have developed a routine that permits me to drink 20+ beers a week without it affecting how I look naked.

This is what I do:

1. Drink as much beer as I want that week.

2. Walk as much as I can regardless of the weather or season.

3. Ride my bike on journeys where it is not practical to walk.

4. Train (hard) 4-6 times a week regardless of how busy my life is.

5. Eat a pretty plain diet (90% of the time) that provides me with consistent of kcals and nutrients.

🏖️5 easy hacks that will stop you gaining that holiday weight.....

Tired off coming back 3-4 kgs heavier from your summer holidays?

Follow these 5 simple steps to make this a thing of the past:

1. The 2-meal strategy: brunch & dinner only for the time you are away.

2. One plate of food only at 90% of the meals - its the starters and desserts that do most of the damage

3. Get active. Walk as much as you can. Every 10 mins burns 50 kcals. It all adds up.

4. Use the pool for some actual lengths not just cooling off.

5. Get on your bike! You can hire bikes in most tourist places. This is a great way to get around and a nice way to burn off any additional beer, wine or gin kcals
