β¨ After the buzz of International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice yesterday, perhaps you're looking for more opportunities to enjoy yoga this week? And if you've been curious to try yoga but haven't quite taken the plunge, I offer a variety of classes to suit all experience levels, with two new classes starting this Tuesday.
All classes are warm, welcoming, and taught in a small group setting (maximum of 6 attendees in Haddington and 8β9 in Dunbar), creating a supportive environment with space for more individual guidance and attention. π
NEW CLASSES
π§ Ashtanga Yoga | Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
This class is best suited to those with some yoga experience. We connect breath with movement and mindful awareness as we move through a flowing asana (posture) practice, building strength, flexibility and focus before enjoying relaxation at the end.
πΏ Yin Yoga | Tuesday 7:15 - 8:45 pm
Suitable for all experience levels, including beginners. Yin Yoga is a quiet, gentle and meditative practice that invites you to slow down, pause, breathe and reconnect. Through longer-held postures and mindful stillness, the practice encourages deep relaxation and leaves you feeling grounded, balanced and restored.

Private 1:1 sessions and small group classes are also available for those seeking a more personalised approach, whether you're a complete beginner, working with specific goals, or looking to deepen your practice.
