Hi, I’m a 38-year-old personal trainer who’s spent most of my life around sport and people. Before getting into coaching fitness full-time, I played football for years and later managed a couple of local teams. That experience taught me a lot about motivation, teamwork, discipline, and how different everyone is when it comes to performance and recovery.
Alongside personal training, I also work in the NHS, so I understand first-hand how demanding and unpredictable work schedules can be. Long shifts, nights, early starts, and the general stress of the job can make it really hard to prioritise your health. That’s why I’ve made shift workers a big priority in my coaching. If your schedule is all over the place, I get it — and I’ll work around it with training that fits your life, not the other way around.
That said, I train people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, getting back into it after a break, or looking to push your fitness to the next level, my goal is to create a plan that works for you. No one-size-fits-all approach here — just practical, supportive coaching and steady progress.
My style is relaxed, friendly, and realistic. I’m not about extreme diets or punishing workouts. I’m about building strength, confidence, and habits that actually stick. Fitness should make your life better, not add more stress to it.
If you’re looking for someone who understands busy lives, unpredictable schedules, and the importance of staying active for both physical and mental health, I’d love to help you get started.
