After a lot of thought and consideration. Due to the current low attendance and the fact December tends to be a busy time of year for everyone. There will be NO CLASSES during the month of December. I will reassess the demand for Women's Only Kickboxing Classes in January. I hope we will return in January 😁

Tonights thoughs when sitting going over the lesson plan.

Monday are one of my least favourite days of the week. The weekend is over already, back to getting up and organised early, trying to catching up on the work I didn't complete last week, whilst starting a new list of 'todos' for the week ahead.
Planning when I will get my own training in whilst juggling various aspects of life.

Knowing I have a class to attend/teach with a great bunch of girls, where we get to build up each others confidence, skills and empower one another, as well as distressing and setting my body up for the week ahead. Gets me through a cold, wet and dark Monday!

Let's do this!

Places now available at Cold Fury Kickboxing Academy in our Juniors,Minis, Adults and Ladies Only classes.
Minis - Ages 5 to 8 - Tues 4.30 to 5.15
Juniors - Ages 9 to 12 - Tue & Thurs - 5.30 to 6.30pm - £25 per month

Adults - Tue & Thurs - 6.40 to 8pm - Fri 6 to 7.30pm - £25 per month

Ladies Only - Mon - 6.30 to 7.30pm - £5 pay as you go

All levels of fitness and experience welcome. Get fit and flexible, syllabus takes you from beginner to blackbelt, sparring/Scottish Squad Training/National Competitions for those who wish.
