We’ve made the early decision to cancel tomorrow’s sessions due to the heat. We ran the senior session last night and it was extremely warm, and with temperatures set to be even higher tomorrow, we’re cancelling for everyone’s health and safety.

With the warm weather over the next few days we have taken the decision for the kids to come in shorts and t-shirts, and bring their jacket but may not wear it.

We plan to do a session that is not going to make them too hot, but will work on skills like breakfalls, and groundwork to improve their abilities.

Please bring plenty of water or squash for the kids, we are hoping to have a fan as well.

Senior session is as normal, but we may finish early

On Saturday 4 players from Apollo competed in the British Veteran Open at UEL Sportsdock in East London. All fought well and had some tough fights with internationals from both GBR and further afield taking part.
