Dinky Hill’s Shetland pony adventures

We are here at Lincoln show .

Flashy had her first ever pair of shoes on last night , not ldeal the night before a race but with an unscheduled hospital visit last week and the farrier not being available , this is the only time she could get shoes on . A new rule says SPGN ponies now need to be shod in front .

The ground was firm last night whilst I was testing the new shoe’s .

It’s rained all night. 🌧️ The ground needed a drink , I just hope it’s not too slippy out there today for everyone competing.

A busy weekend at north Hereford Cider Festival with our mounted games team .

Great results every day . Consistent and brave riding from our team.

We finished reserve champions ❤️

And celebrated Poppy’s 11th birthday 🎁
