Apologies for the late post folks....
Can I please ask you to read this, then share and tag your friends & family... we want this to reach as many as possible to show our appreciation... 🥰
Round 7 of the Ulster Quad & Sidecar championship at Magilligan MXPark now complete ✅
Magilligan MXPark, what a venue, what a host, what an asset to off road sport. Turned up on Friday, afternoon, track sitting in perfect condition, start straight all ready, gates working perfectly, just put our promotional banners up and away we went...
We cant thank Philip and all the team at Magilligan MXPark enough for all the work and effort put into our event to make it as enjoyable and exhilarating as it was, the sand was yet another challenge this year which we needed, to further develop our skills from a young age.
We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to compete at your pride and joy, Magilligan MXPark!
Thanks to all our Club officials for conducting your duties on the day. To the MRA officials Tommy Hillis and Linda McCauley for being in attendance. To the MRA timekeeper Patrick Rice and to NI Sports Medics for you support.
Huge thanks to Jim Reid for taking on the role of Clerk of Course & keeping everything moving swiftly. Jim has helped out at every round we have hosted this season, from MRA Steward to last lap and chequered flag to Clerk of the Course, without the support of people like this, Clubs will struggle to run races.
Thank you Jim, your help is truly appreciated.
We want everyone to show their appreciation to all our flag marshals, what an amazing bunch of people, everyone completed there roles perfectly, even our newly promoted last lap / chequered flag assistant, Ella Rose, thanks to Sophie Bann, who as ran ragged back and forward with timing sheets for all who needed them. Thanks again to Magilligan for arranging flaggers for both days. Without flag marshal's folks we cant race, anyone that can help on a race day, even for 1 block of races, we would urge you to do so, your help is invaluable, we cannot race without flag marshals...
Without all our sponsors these events just wouldn’t be possible, every penny or voucher or other services provided goes into every event we run… Your support is unreal & we are truly grateful!
To Paul Edgar for producing the children's awards for this weekend, both days, amazing job, to Emma Wray for the goody bags, thank you so much, the kids even some big kids thoroughly enjoyed them.
Special heartfelt thanks on this occasion to the Malone family, the Mackin family, the Wray family & last but not least the McCullough family, your support has been evident throughout this season, but you went over and beyond for us this weekend.
Your generosity, kindness and even moral support alone, we will not forget.
Thank you to our caterers W&C Event Catering for travelling up both days to provide us with some well deserved hot food, they even had crepe's on the go at one point...
Thank you to Jimmy Cooke for coming over and helping us make memories, together with Aaron's_Motorsport, we hope you both enjoyed something a little different 😀
Hope the Team Ireland Quad Riders got a wee bit of bike time this weekend in advance of Heerde, the countdown is well and truly on... from all at Ballymoney MCC, best wishes to you all, remember to enjoy the experience & make memories and most of all stay safe...
Ok ok ok... so lets face it we all know who writes these posts...
from me personally...
Derek Young, thank you, I know I am hard work but we always get there in the end 🤣... my way.... 🤣just kidding...
Debbie Adams thank you for helping when you could this season, I understand things are a bit difficult health wise for you at the moment, I hope you feel better soon 😘
Gail and George Rowan, you also helped at every event this season, got stuck in, never hesitated when something needed done, no matter what it was... sorry you got soaked to the skin at the last couple of events, your help and support is greatly appreciated.... also if anyone is looking anything printed for Xmas pressies etc, give Gail a shout at Crafty Dayz, ironically you can even get a printed umber doodle 🤣
Andrew Rowan - you need a medal, not only for getting on a sidecar with Jonny, but for putting up with me lol thank you for all your help and support always... well done this season...
To Sam & family who quickly learnt, what I meant by 'you do you and let me do me...' I am quite strong willed & independent after all lol
To my family, especially my husband and my children, who take me as they find me, know when to ignore me and when to shout at me... you all drive me and keep me pushing forward... so do the haters to be fair 😝 you gotta love it 🤣...
Remember... its costs nothing to be nice....
Keep following our page for all the latest updates on your sport and other exciting opportunities that may come your way.... 🤔
Hamper should be drawn this week as long as the remaining 6 no's are sold and all payments are in...
Its been a pleasure as always...
Over & out...
